Meghan takes a page out of Kate's style book at Bondi Beach - then goes barefoot!

Meghan Markle has taken a page out of Duchess Kate's style book by slipping into one of the royal's trademark types of footwear: wedges! For her second trip to the beach on Friday (Oct. 19) in Sydney, Prince Harry's wife looked gorgeous in a striped maxi dress, which she lifted to reveal a beautiful pair of black espadrilles - perfect for hitting the sand in style. But soon after arriving, the pregnant royal kicked off her (wedge) heels to feel the sand between her toes!

The Duchess of Cambridge visited Sydney's Manly Beach back in 2014, where she also slipped into a pair of platform shoes - Stuart Weitzman's Minx Espadrille Wedges, which she wore with a white eyelet dress by Aussie label Zimmermann. The mother of three was photographed running around in the sand, looking comfortable yet chic during her tour of Australia and New Zealand with Prince William and baby George.

Meghan, 37, has fast established her go-to Aussie-born designer, Martin Grant, who not only helmed her beach dress but is also the man behind the trench coat she's already worn twice while down under. She paired the gown with two delicate necklaces and the duchess-worthy, closed-toe shoes with an ankle strap and woven platform. Harry, 34, was also dressed down in style, wearing a grey shirt with khaki trousers and beige shoes.

On the fourth day of their tour, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex kicked off their shoes at iconic Bondi Beach to meet with OneWave, a local community surfing group that raises awareness for mental health in very unique ways. On "Fluro Friday," they were dressed to impress, and the couple received leis from their colourfully clad companions before sitting in the sand to take part in a "anti bad vibe circle."

The former actress dressed more formally for her beach visit in Melbourne on Thursday, having swapped her navy Dion Lee design for a black Club Monaco Miguelina dress, topping it off with her favourite Martin Grant trench coat and the black Rothy flats she's been favouring for boat rides and other casual outings. The couple has a busy day ahead,
