Michelle Pfeiffer's Interview cover proves she hasn't aged in 30 years

If you need further evidence that Michelle Pfeiffer has completely defied the hands of time, look no further than the April 2017 cover of Interview. The stunning actress looks just as youthful as she did when she first graced the cover of the coveted magazine in August 1988. The article befittingly suggests the 58-year-old has “a thousand-ships sort of face,” and now as she returns to the cover nearly three decades later, we can “finally acknowledge that she is both, the most beautiful and the most incredible actress.” (Yes, that’s fair to say.)

Pfeiffr had just turned 30 when she first covered Interview in ’88. She was about to shootDangerous Liaisons” and just finished filming the Jonathan Demme comedy flick “Married to the Mob,” so it was all about teased locks and loads of hairspray. Her shoot was covered by Herb Ritts, who was famous for making his models look utterly captivating in black and-white photos.

The sultry blonde favoured volumized, wavy-crimped blonde locks that flowed past her shoulders. She opted for a simple black crop top and slim fit jeans that showcased her slender frame. With smoky lids and the black clothing contrasting vividly against the white background, Pfeiffer was giving us edgy ’80s Nicole Kidman/Madonna vibes.

The Hollywood matriarch was once again able to pull off a sexy, mysterious vibe in the April issue of Interview. Photographed by Mikael Jansson, and styled by George Cotina, the slender actress drapes the cover in a sheer Valentino gown; her wavy blonde locks drop just below her shoulders as she stares longingly into the camera.

Jansson is well known for his emotionally charged photos, and has Pfeiffer demonstrate her killer acting skills in these shots.

Pfeiffer has been out of the limelight for a while to focus on family, but in her interview with Darren Aronofsky, she opened up about her most recent projects, including Aronofsky’s “Mother!,” a remake of “Murder on the Orient Express,” and her role as Ruth Madoff in “The Wizard of Lies.”
