FreshlyFit delivers pre-cooked, refrigerated meals to your door. Think of it like a healthy microwave meal service — but this is no Lean Cuisine. Each low carb, high protein meal is crafted by a nutritionist. Plus, all meals are entirely gluten-free and peanut-free.

The meals come in a single-serving size, and most are made with lean meats like chicken breast or turkey, but there are also vegan and vegetarian options. Choose between dishes like oven-baked chicken florentine, protein-packed chicken parm, Italian sausage and lentil stew or a grain goodness bowl topped with a mushroom medley.

If you’ve heard of Freshly, it’s actually the same company and the same idea. FreshlyFit, however, is its line of leaner meals.

According to FreshlyFit’s FAQ section, there aren’t any artificial of chemical preservatives in its meals, so they have a refrigerated shelf life of about 4–5 days. If you need more time, you can also put your meals in the freezer.

Each meal comes with instructions for heating up in the microwave, which usually takes about three minutes. If you don’t have a microwave, you can also transfer your meal into an oven-safe dish and pop it in the oven.

FreshlyFit offers a few different plans for ordering. You can get four, six, 10 or 12 meals delivered per week, starting at $11.79 per meal. The more you order, the less each meal costs.

Yes, it’s a subscription service, but it’s easy to pause your deliveries or cancel anytime you’re just not feeling it.

If you’re sick of trying to follow recipes, doing the dishes, ordering takeout or even going to the grocery store, make room in your fridge. FreshlyFit may be for you.
