Mindy Kaling is feeling chic and elegant.

The 43-year-old took to Instagram on Wednesday with a few photos of herself wearing two gowns from Indian fashion designer Tarun Tahiliani.

In the first look, Kaling wore a shimmering black strapless gown paired with a matching oval handbag, black choker necklace and a matching black bracelet. The actress-writer-comedian also had her brown locks styled into curtain bangs, while rocking a bright red lip.

Kaling also wore an intricately designed blue-and-white lengha (an Indian, ball-gown style skirt with a matching top), featuring bundled pearl dangly earrings, a long matching necklace and matching bracelets. For this outfit, the "Mindy Project" creator wore her dark black hair in a side part, while pairing the look with a pinkish purple lip.

"Not to be dramatic, but I would love to be buried in [Tarun Tahiliani]," the "Late Night" and "Inside Out" actress joked. "I have never felt more chic than in the understated elegance of his designs. [Tahiliani's] unusual textures and modern cuts make me want to be invited to a hundred Indian weddings so I can attend and be undisputed best dressed guest. Hm, possible romantic comedy idea?"

Fans were quick to show their love for Kaling in the comments section of the post, with many noting her stunning beauty.

"Oooo the second," shared "Never Have I Ever" star Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, along with red heart and heart eye emojis.

"This dress is amazing on you," penned TV personality Lauren Sanchez.

"Holy slay, Mindy!" one fan chimed in.

"Absolutely stunning," another replied.

"Mindy is getting younger with every Instagram post. Facts," someone commented.

"Love the way you are shining and feeling yourself lately. So powerful and sparkly," someone else added.

"I can't decide which I love more!!! Both are gorgeous!!! MK, you're slaying the Diwali lewks," one person sounded off.

Earlier this week, Kaling shared other gowns she wore for the week of Diwali, which was officially held on Oct. 24.

In another post, the "Sex Lives of College Girls" and "Champions" writer wore a multi-coloured floral long-sleeve gown by Sabyasachi. Kaling paired the blue, pink, green and yellow dress with dangly earrings from Amrapali Jewels and draped her dark black hair on her back.

"I love my [Sabyasachi] gown because the silhouette is so unexpected and sophisticated," she penned as a caption for that post. "I remember when my friend [Priyanka Chopra] got married in the most stunning red [Sabyasachi] lehenga, I fully understood the grandeur of this designer. I feel so lucky to wear this tonight!"

For the Festival of Lights, Kaling also wore a couple of outfits created by fashion designer Falguni Shane Peacock.

One outfit included a long-sleeve baby blue gown featuring a v-shaped neckline and silver intricate details. Kaling paired the dress with a shiny silver flower necklace from Sethi Couture, while keeping her hair in a braid draped over her shoulder.

The other look included a sea green sari, intricately detailed with gold flowers and birds. For this outfit, Kaling also wore her hair in a braid, but wore shining gold dangly earrings from Tribe Amrapali.

"Diwali week is especially thrilling this year because there are so many fun events for me and my family," Kaling wrote in her caption for the post. "The Festival of Lights is a beautiful holiday for recognizing togetherness, redemption... and new clothes! I feel lucky to share fashion from some of the most incredibly talented Indian designers."
