Miranda Lambert’s Husband Was Mesmerized By the Country Singer’s Jaw-Dropping Dress

A bold dress seems like the only choice for a bold voice — and Miranda Lambert's stunning look at the 2022 CMT Music Awards back in April perfectly encapsulates that.

The country music star, who won Female Video of the Year for her song "If I Was A Cowboy" joined other major stars like Carrie Underwood, Kelsea Ballerini, Jason Aldean, Keith Urban and Kenny Chesney at the Nashville-based award show, leaving social media and fans in a frenzy with her risqué look, one that might even be her most memorable.

The bombshell blonde wore a sparkly dark blue Alexandre Vauthie wrap dress with a plunging neckline and thigh slit. She added a contrasting pop of color with a bright pink clutch and shiny pink pumps. To finish off the look, Miranda paired it with neutral makeup, big hair waves and jeweled dangling earrings.

Of course, after the awards, people couldn't help but shower her with praise for both her win and her killer red carpet look once she shared a photo of her and husband Brendan McLoughlin on Instagram.

"LOOKING GOOD AS ALWAYS!!," one person wrote in her Instagram comments section. Another commented, "Damn girl! Rockin it! ❤️." Someone else said, "Smoking Hot for both of you !!!!!! You [two complement] each other so perfectly ❤️🔥."

And speaking of her other half, Brendan, who matched his wife with a dark blue velvet suit jacket, also posted the same photo on his Instagram and appeared to be fangirling a bit himself.

"Such a great night at the @cmt with my bluebird @mirandalambert." he wrote. "Thank you @tiffanygiffordstyle for always finding the perfect look to [complement] my date, and @moanilee for the much needed touch up."

Of course, fans immediately flocked to share their thoughts on his heartwarming tribute to Miranda. "Take good care of this goddess ❤️," wrote one individual. Another commented, "Great couple! Love your wife’s songs and style!!". One fan excitedly said, "🔥🔥 Sexiest couple in Country Music 🔥🔥."

Even Miranda's mother, Beverly, wrote: "My son in law always shines! So proud! 😍."

In addition to taking home her award, Miranda also performed the same single she won an award for. It was a track off of her latest album, Palomino, which hit shelves earlier this year on April 29. The album hit no. 2 on the country charts and no. 4 overall, making it the projected highest-debuting album of 2022.

Although no news has been shared yet on a potential tenth album, Miranda told Rolling Stone that while her long career has given her more creative freedom, she is still focusing on "longevity" above all.

"I wanted to be someone who says something important and does it through music, and can stay a long time,” she told the outlet. "That’s what I wanted, even though some of the roads were long, because I didn’t pick the right commercial sound or the right outfit or whatever it was at the time that was hot. I didn’t have my first no.1 until my third record, and that was OK with me. It was about establishing something.”Although we can't quite predict the future, in spite of her success and two decade career so far, it seems that Miranda is just getting started.
