A mansion with high-end amenities that one would probably only find in the Hollywood Hills has landed on the real estate market…in Ohio.

A 16,155-square-foot estate has listed for $2.799 million in Pickerington and is a spectacle both on the outside and the inside. However, you may never want to leave the home known as “an entertainer’s dream,” the listing describes.

The residence has nine bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, and so much more, including:

  • Chef’s kitchen

  • Butler’s room

  • Gym

  • Theater

  • Great room

  • Hardwood floors

  • Gazebo

  • Pool

  • Hot tub

The real stand-out rooms in the house are an actual nightclub — complete with a dance floor and bar — and a 12-person sauna.

According to the Columbus Dispatch, the home was once lived in by Ohio State football stars Zach and Justin Boren.

“Built in 2004, the property was the family home of Mike and Hope Boren, and their sons Justin, Zach and Jacoby, all of whom played football at Ohio State University,” the Columbus Dipatch reported. “The Borens sold the home five years ago, but it retains traces of the family, including a serious-equipment workout room.”

The listing is held by Thomas Bevins of Coldwell Banker Realty.

Pickerington is about 15 miles southeast of Columbus.
