The Epitome Of A Nightmare Boss: “Not Everyone Is Talented. At Least You Look Pretty!”
Having a bad day is one thing, but telling your staff they look outright damn awful without makeup on is a completely different story. Nightmare bosses exist, you may have had one, maybe two; some worse than others. Or you might’ve been a lucky one (so far!) to have never worked under the wrath of an ‘office dictator.’
For those of you who have had a nightmare boss you may relate, as for those who haven’t, let this be a forewarning.
“Don’t ever turn up to work without makeup on again”, is just one of the several shockers the CCA team unearthed, after deciding to find out what the worst foul-mouthed phrases are to have left the mouth of a manager. With over 70 responses, eight quotes were chosen for one very special mission.
In true British humour, the card company has decided to launch a range of greeting cards featuring these howlers, inspired by the upcoming film release, David Brent: Life on the Road, who of course is the ultimate awkward manager.
The team hope, in their light-hearted campaign, to raise awareness of how not to speak to employees, and remind bosses and staff of the clangers deemed not so appropriate in the workplace.

“Nobody is getting an Xmas bonus this year because the CEO spent it on hookers.”
