There's no denying it: Deep-fried food is delicious; however, it's rarely the healthiest option for dinnertime. Thankfully, that's where the Ninja Foodi comes in.

A 9-in-1 kitchen appliance, the Ninja Foodi acts as an air fryer, pressure cooker, food dehydrator and more, and right now, it's on sale.

For a limited time only, Amazon Canada shoppers can save 25 per cent on this cult-favourite appliance and take it home for just $150. To get the details and learn why reviewers call it a kitchen "must-have," scroll below.

The details

Thanks to Ninja's famous Tender Crisp Technology, at-home chefs get the best of pressure cooking and air frying in one convenient appliance.

The versatile Foodi allows you to air fry, bake, roast, broil, dehydrate and more up to 70 per cent faster than traditional cooking methods.

It boasts a 6.2-litre ceramic-coated pot and a 3.8-litre cook and crisp basket that's large enough to hold a five-pound chicken. The Ninja Foodi is nonstick for easy cleanup, has dishwasher-safe parts, and is a portable size so that you can store it with ease.

What people are saying

The Ninja Foodi has claimed the coveted title of an "Amazon's Choice" product, and with more than 1,300 five-star reviews, it's easy to understand why.

It's a "must-have for the kitchen," writes an Amazon top 10 reviewer. "In one word, [it's] impressive."

I've used many of its functions as separate appliances, and "for someone with a small kitchen," having an all-in-one is a "big space saver," they write. However, "the real win" is its "user-friendliness."

The Foodie does "SO much more" than just pressure cooking, says another shopper. It has nine functions, and the "crisping function is amazing." It's the "best thing I've ever splurged on!"

It's so "versatile," it can make any meal "you can think of" with minimal cleanup, less oil and "while tasting great." It can "replace all other cooking appliances."

While the Foodie has earned an average rating of 4.7 stars or higher for flavour, versatility and ease of use, a handful of shoppers say the appliance is "too large" for small kitchens.

It's "huge," writes one user. It "didn't fit in my kitchen."

It's "far too large" for "smallish kitchens," says another.

The verdict

If you're looking for an all-in-one kitchen appliance that won't break the bank, the Nina Foodie may be worth considering — especially at their current sale price. With hundreds of rave reviews and an "Amazon's Choice" title, it could turn out to be your very own kitchen "must-have" — however, if you live in a smaller space, you'll likely want to pass in this appliance.
