Between work, family, meal prep, and all your other daily responsibilities, it can be difficult to fit in exercise three days a week — and that's in the best of times. But now that the temperature is dropping outside and COVID is tearing through the country, it can feel downright impossible to get in a healthy workout. A smart solution is to move your workout into your home.

Walmart is making it easier for you to bring your fitness training indoors by putting the popular NordicTrack C 700 Folding Treadmill on sale for $697, down more than $100 from the regular price of $799.

Despite the low price, the NordicTrack C 700 Folding Treadmill delivers the same workout quality as higher-priced models. It features adjustable cushioning so you can minimize the impact on your joints or replicate the feel of running outside on a road. The incline can be adjusted up to a 10 percent grade, and the advanced motor performs well up to 10 miles per hour.

Upon purchase, you'll gain access to a free, 30-day iFIT family membership, which lets you stream more than 100 workouts onto the seven-inch screen, from studio classes to hikes in the Alps to runs through the beautiful Hawaiian islands. Over time, the iFit app learns your habits and tailors a workout to satisfy your stamina levels. Or you can allow the iFit digital trainer to adjust your speed and incline.

But one of the most unique — and useful — aspects of this treadmill is that it folds up between workouts to save floor space. Just push the platform toward the console and instantly reduce the length by nearly half.
