Olympic athletes are all over Tinder in PyeongChang

Olympic athletes are apparently seeking more than just medals in PyeongChang.

A new Instagram account, TinderPyeongChang, is documenting the hordes of athletes found on popular dating app Tinder during their time in South Korea. Over the past two days, the profiles of nearly 50 Olympic athletes from the globe, including the United States, Denmark, Germany, Norway and more, have been posted.

Can you blame them? There will reportedly be 110,000 condoms distributed to the athletes in the Olympic Village over the course of the games.

That’s a lot of action:

With a quick flick of the calculator, that breaks down to almost 37 rubbers per athlete for the 16 days of competition. There will be 92 countries represented at the Winter Games, calculating out to roughly 1,196 condoms per country, depending on the condom-currency vetting process.

That total of condoms is 10,000 more than the Sochi Games, but pales in comparison to the 450,000 distributed in Rio for the 2016 Summer Games.

The help of Tinder will likely put some of those to use.
