The Penguin: Max Releases New Teaser Trailer, Sets Fall Premiere for Spinoff of The Batman

The Penguin aims to one day be remembered like a gangster of Gotham City yore in a new teaser trailer for Max’s series offshoot of Matt Reeves’ The Batman, which is now on track for a fall 2024 release.

Ordered to series over two years ago, the eight-episode Warner Bros. Television/DC Studios drama “continues the epic crime saga” that filmmaker Reeves began in 2022 with Warner Bros. Pictures’ The Batman, and centers on the character played by Colin Farrell (beneath many prosthetics) in the film.
