Lady Gaga made a splashy first red carpet appearance since the Oscars last night at the Daily Front Row Awards in Los Angeles. The singer was at the awards to honor her best friend and longtime hairstylist Frederic Aspiras. She wore a black and white Rodarte dress with giant heart dangle earrings, with her platinum hair in Marilyn Monroe-esque waves. She was really feeling the occasion-and her look-in front of photographers.
When they were photographing her and Aspiras, the two started dancing in front of them. Both look jubilant:

Gaga teased her appearance at the award show on her Instagram Story ahead of arriving. "On my way to present best hair stylist of the year from the Daily Front Row to my best friend and hair artist for a decade Frederic Aspiras," she captioned her shot.
On his own Instagram during the Oscars, Aspiras wrote about Gaga and their friendship. "Awards Season was nothing short of EPIC!" he started, reflecting on the experience of styling Gaga's hair throughout her award season run for A Star Is Born. "The journey itself was something I will always treasure because I got to create something magical with my dearest friends and chosen family, the Haus. As the final red carpet has been rolled up and put away, I am humbled with gratitude to share my love of beauty and art with the world thru the hair of my muse and one of my closest friend Lady Gaga. Thank you for sharing with the world our vision and passion. You are a consummate leader! I am enamored by your kind heart and compassionate soul.
