Sarah Ferguson's latest photoshoot revealed a sweet glimpse into her relationship with her eldest daughter, Princess Eugenie.

For the August 2021 issue of Town & Country, Fergie is photographed posing on a rope swing inside a beautiful garden. If you look closely at the swing beneath her feet, you'll see that it features a sweet tribute to her daughter, Princess Eugenie—and reveals a family nickname. The inscription reads "Euge & Jack," a reference to Eugenie and her husband of two-and-a-half years, Jack Brooksbank.

Eugenie gave birth to her first child, son August Philip Hawke Brooksbank, in February of 2021. Her sister, Princess Beatrice, is expecting a baby later this year, after marrying Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in 2020.

During her interview with Town & Country, Ferguson opened up about how she and Prince Andrew have maintained a close relationship despite his exile from public life, emphasizing that her daughters are her number one priority. "There is no question that we remain steadfast to each other in loyalty, integrity, honor,” she says of Andrew. "The family is everything to me. The most important thing is the girls.”

Eugenie also spoke to Town & Country for the story, sharing some details about her relationship with her mother. "My childhood and adult life have been made better by the spontaneity of my mother," she said. "She has managed to always give us the most fun and incredible upbringing."

It's a busy summer for Fergie, whose first historical romance novel Her Heart For A Compass will be released next month. The book is inspired by the life of her great-great aunt, Lady Margaret Montagu Douglas Scott, and she's already in talks with streaming platforms to adapt it into a Bridgerton-inspired drama series.
