Pippa Middleton and James Matthews have welcomed their first child.
The Duchess of Cambridge’s sister gave birth to a baby boy at the Lindo Wing, on Monday 15 October, at 1.58pm, weighing 8lb and 9oz, according to The Daily Mail.
Pippa was reportedly spotted arriving with her husband James, who was carrying two overnight bags, at the private maternity unit at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington yesterday.
In a short statement, Kensington Palace said: “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are thrilled for Pippa and James.”
The couple, who married in May 2017, attended Princess Eugenie’s wedding on Friday. Heavily pregnant Pippa wore a dark green Emilia Wickstead dress for the ceremony at St George’s Chapel in Windsor.
The 35-year-old confirmed her pregnancy in her weekly fitness column for Waitrose Magazine in June.
Sister Kate gave birth to her third child Prince Louis on 23 April 2018.
The news comes after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced they were expecting their first child in Spring 2019, just hours after they landed in Australia for their royal tour.
