Plans for abandoned Sacramento building to become wellness center
There are new plans for a large unfinished office space in Sacramento County, which has been vacant for more than a decade. WellSpace Health plans to turn the 13-acre property into a large wellness campus, offering everything from medical, dental and behavioral health services to primarily serve those who are insured by Medi-Cal or those who are uninsured. Currently, the massive abandoned office space on Stockton Boulevard near Riza Avenue is surrounded by barbed wire, dotted with boarded-up windows and tagged with graffiti.
