A pinball wizard, Kate Middleton isn't. But the Duchess of Cambridge seemed to having a good time trying her hand at various arcade games during her visit today with Prince William to Barry Island in South Wales. The couple were filmed trying to win prizes on a claw game and showing off their well-known competitive side, but the real purpose of their trip was to speak with local business owners about the impact of the COVID-19 lockdown has had on the tourism industry.

The Cambridges also spent time at Shire Hall Care Home in Cardiff, an organization which provides residential, nursing, and dementia care. Will and Kate had previously played virtual bingo with the staff and residents earlier on during lockdown, but today, they spoke with several individuals in the home's garden.

Staff shared that measures have been put in place to safely allow visits from family and friends, something which was not allowed during the strictest lockdown period.

Per Kensington Palace, "The Duke and Duchess then met a small number of residents and their family members who spoke about the challenges of being unable to visit their loved ones at the beginning of the lockdown, how they kept in touch, and the impact of now being able to visit the home."

It's been a busy few weeks for the Cambridges. They only recently returned from a family holiday in the Isles of Scilly, an archipelago off England's Cornish coast. And just yesterday, the Duchess helped unpack donations at Baby Basics UK, a charity, which supports new mothers and families by providing them with essentials like toiletries, clothing, and essential equipment.
