The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue isn’t stopping with Ashley Graham. While the magazine took a major step in the right direction by crowning their first ever curvy cover girl and rookie of the year in 2016, it’s still making moves towards including more size diverse women. Case in point: the magazine has just added another plus size beauty to its roster.

Tabria Majors was just initiated into Sports Illustrated’s Model Search class for the 2018 Swimsuit Issue. And she can’t contain her excitement.

“A lot of you have been asking me about the @si_swimsuit #swimsearch and I am so proud to say that I will be in next year’s issue along with 5 other amazing ladies!” Majors announced the news in an Instagram caption Wednesday. In the photo, she’s wearing a bright blue bikini. “Words can’t even describe how excited I am about this opportunity, but I want to thank aaaallllll of you guys bc I couldn’t have gotten here without you,” she gushed.

Her fans are as elated as she is; there are already 30,000 likes and tons of supportive comments. “[O]f course you will be honey. You are too gorgeous for them to not put you in it. Congrats,” one follower wrote. “Much respects to you, Many more doors will be opening, So get ready:),” said another. “Soooo deserved!!!” wrote a third. “Will be the first swimsuit issue I’ve ever purchased,” said another fan. “You’re such an inspiration, no longer will I talk down on myself for being curvaceous.”

It’s pretty obvious why the publication chose her. Her Instagram is full of stunning swimsuit shots dating back to when an agent discovered her account and signed her two years ago all the way up to her Sports Illustrated casting video, and beyond — and she looks amazing in all of them.

Back in 2015, Majors showed off her grape-catching skills in a gorgeous peach one-piece by the beach.

And a month later, she used a candid photo of herself in a mismatched neon green and blue bikini to talk about body shaming: “207 lbs. I’ve had guys tell me they wouldn’t date me unless I lost weight, someone recently told me I was a twinky away from being obese, and my flaws have been picked apart and scrutinized IRL and on social media. Never let them break you. I ‘do this for the gram,’ but most importantly I do it for myself,” the body positive advocate wrote.

She can also do yoga in a bikini! In 2016, she did so in a patterned two-piece with a triangle top. You’ll see her in those a lot; a few months later she posted another even more challenging yoga pose in a similarly shaped bikini. But she also told Galore magazine that she’s a big fan of the retro high-waist bikini. “My least favorite is the conservative skirted one piece,” she said. “[Y]ou might as well just wear a dress in the pool!”

A year ago she played volleyball in a camo bikini and opened up about her cellulite. “Quite often when I served during a volleyball match, people would comment on my cellulite to throw me off my game. Didn’t work then, won’t work now,” she boldly wrote.

This past February she wore a two piece with a patterned bandeau top and neon yellow high cut bottoms when calling out Zara for their unrealistic plus-sizing.

In the beginning of the summer, she showed off her love of water in a golden yellow one piece that framed her curves perfectly.

Majors is a major proponent of Aerie and wore one of their swimsuits this summer. “Don’t ever feel like you’re too big to wear a bikini,” she captioned her post. “Flaunt what you got and be proud! I’m happy to say I’m partnering with @Aerie, who supports these ideals.”

In May 2017, Majors shared her SI Swimsuit application video, in which she won our hearts in a lavender bikini.

She also shared the news that she made it into the top 15 in July, wearing a bikini, of course.

She loves swimsuits so much, she wears them everywhere. She once shot a video rocking a cutout one-piece on the NYC subway.

In July she shared photos from the first ever SI Swimsuit runway show, in which she walked wearing an orange and purple halter one-piece with a plunging neckline.

She looked like a goddess in a red Fashion Nova one-piece with high-cut thighs and side cutouts on the beach.

She showed she has no insecurities about her body in a Forever 21 one-piece with a huge center cutout that exposed her stomach and underboob. And she looked fierce.

And while she could pull off pretty much any type of swimsuit (or clothing, for that matter), this video of her in a pastel itty bitty bikini reading what trolls have said about her body in funny voices is our favorite. It shows she can laugh at herself, and loves herself. “I don’t care if you hate my body because I love it.”

Basically, this woman was made for this, making the wait to see the statement she makes in the 2018 SI Swimsuit issue even harder to bare.
