Porsche Design and Bric’s Just Dropped a New Line of Sleek Monochromatic Bags
Porsche Design’s latest luggage line looks like it was made for 007 himself.
Designed in collaboration with Italian luggage brand Bric’s, the new Studio Collection includes sleek, monochromatic riffs on backpacks, tote bags, and shoulder bags that would not look out of place in a James Bond flick. The high-quality engineered materials incorporated in each piece also sound like they’ve come straight from Q Branch.

Made of coated polyurethane air mesh, each bag features a honeycomb structure and rubberized leather trim for an edgy, modern feel. The lightweight designs are plenty durable, too, with a rubber coating rendering them both scratch-resistant and weatherproof.
Inside, you’ll find nifty compartments for all your gear and gadgetry. The backpacks and the tote have a padded section that could be used for a laptop or tablet. The backpacks also have a trolley link in the back that can be attached to suitcase handles.
Other notable design features include large zippers made of cast metal and sizable rubber handles. The Porsche Design logo also sits discreetly on the front of each bag so as not to distract from the elegant, minimalist aesthetic. An added bonus, each bag comes with a mini bag, which you can sport independently or attach to the main bag with a carabiner.
After creating the iconic Porsche 911 in 1963, Ferdinand Alexander Porsche founded Porsche Design in 1972. The lifestyle brand combines the latest tech innovations with the marque’s recognizable design language in products that run the gamut from sunglasses and watches to sportswear and footwear.
In 2020, Porsche Design entered a long-term partnership with Bric’s to produce a new line of luggage and leather goods, according to Elite Traveler. (Founded by Mario Briccola in 1952, the Italian label has been handcrafting luxury bags for over 65 years.) Since then, the duo has released multiple travel collections that showcase Made in Italy craftsmanship and German precision.
The Studio Collection will be available from March online and at Porsche Design stores worldwide. In terms of price, pieces range from $285 for a Belt Bag to $685 for a medium-sized backpack.
