These tiny devices (way smaller than AirPods, but with a similar style in-ear tip) block out low-frequency sounds such as traffic and dishwashers almost entirely! They are rechargable and analog—no Bluetooth needed, and the external part is so small (for me, it fit entirely within my ear) that it doesn’t press into your head when you lay on your side.
