Prince Andrew Shut Down His Personal Website
Prince Andrew's personal website has officially been scrubbed from the internet. People reports that Andrew's page, thedukeofyork.org, now directs visitors to the prince's official page on royal.uk, the royal family's main website. The new development comes months after the "major disruption" of having Andrew connected to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
Before the site was shut down, it offered information on Andrew's business initiatives, outlined his naval career, and listed his key charity initiatives. Additionally, there were links to profiles of his daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

People notes that one thing that's consistent from the old site to the new is the About The Duke of York" page. Just like it did on the old Duke of York site, the royal.uk page sends visitors directly to Andrew's official statement after his interview with Emily Maitliss on BBC's Newsnight, which many see as the catalyst for Andrew losing his official royal role. After the interview, Andrew lost his patronages and his office in Buckingham Palace.
"It has become clear to me over the last few days that the circumstances relating to my former association with Jeffrey Epstein has become a major disruption to my family’s work and the valuable work going on in the many organisations and charities that I am proud to support," Andrew wrote at the time. "Therefore, I have asked Her Majesty if I may step back from public duties for the foreseeable future, and she has given her permission."

For now, Andrew's Twitter (TheDukeOfYork) and Instagram (hrhthedukeofyork) accounts are still active, though they haven't been updated since November 2019.
