Prince George Revealed the Very Surprising Nickname He Has for Himself
It's no secret that Prince William and Kate Middleton's first born, Prince George, is a rambunctious one. The future heir is regularly photographed laughing with his royal father and chasing his little sister Princess Charlotte, so it should come as no surprise that George recently revealed the nickname he has for himself while playing at his grandmother Carole Middleton's house.
According to a report from the Sun, Prince George and Princess Charlotte were recently playing near a stream at their grandmother Carole Middleton's house when George wanted to pet a dog walking by. The woman walking the dog was well aware of Prince George's identity, but politely asked "What is your name?"
“Just to be friendly I engaged in a bit of small talk and I asked George what his name was, even though obviously I knew it," the woman reported to the Sun. “To my astonishment, he said ‘I’m called Archie’ with a big smile on his face...I don’t know why he calls himself Archie but kids often play with their names and I think it’s lovely.”
Prince Archie it is!
