Meghan Markle has made many adjustments as Prince Harry's now-wife: moving to London, starting a new job as a working royal alongside him, changing her wardrobe to adhere to royal protocol, and well, getting used to a much darker house. This isn't because Kensington Palace's Nottingham Cottage is dimly lit either; it's just a Prince Harry quirk that they've had disagreements about, Harry recalled in BBC One's documentary about his father, Prince, Son & Heir: Charles at 70.

Per Entertainment Tonight, Harry said he inherited Prince Charles's passion for conservation. (His father Charles said during his royal tour of Ghana earlier this week that he's worried about the planet Meghan and Harry's future baby is going to inherit, the most recent example of Charles's activism. "It does seem to me insanity if we are going to bequeath this completely polluted, damaged and destroyed world to them," he said via The Daily Telegraph. "All grandchildren deserve a better future.")

Part of Harry's passion is conserving household energy as extremely as possible-and to a level that surprised Meghan. “My wife certainly goes, ‘Well, why turn the lights off? It’s dark,’” Harry said of her. “I go, ‘We only need one light, we don’t need, like, six,’ and all of a sudden, it becomes a habit.”
