Prince Harry's got a big day ahead of him. In less than a month, he's going to stand up in front of 600 people (but not the Obamas), plus millions more watching him intently though their screens, and declare his love and devotion for Meghan Markle. And like any stylish groom, he's going to want to look his damn best well doing it, so he's got himself a pre-royal wedding fitness and diet routine-one fit for a sixth-in-line-for-the-throne king and all that.

The two most important things on his wedding tune-up list, according to a New York Daily News source, have been quitting smoking and cutting down on alcohol. Good call! Those things are bad for you! By ditching the cigs and drinking less, he's already dropped 10 pounds, according to the source.

He's also gone the ultra-celeb route and reportedly started working with London nutritionist Gabriela Peacock, who's known for getting her clients eating a lot of meat while cutting down on sugar, and nixing dairy completely. She's big on antioxidants and superfood smoothie bowls, too.

The former military man now has a personal trainer, and he's been said to go to the gym at 7 a.m. "almost every day." Prince Harry spent 10 years in the armed forces, including two tours of Afghanistan, so he's no stranger to discipline.

Now, this isn't all for vanity's sake on the big day. Prince Harry and Markle reportedly want to start adding to the royal family soon after the wedding, and it helps to be in good shape to do it. Plus, Harry's landed himself a fiancee who's interested in health and fitness-she goes vegan during the week and likes preparing meals at home, according to Vogue. If Markle's good habits rub off on him, then it's good news for Harry (and their kids). Here's to a long-lasting and genetically blessed marriage.
