Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas Actually Have a Photo From Their First Date—And It’s Incredible
Priyanka Chopra Jonas just marked a very sweet anniversary with her husband, Nick Jonas, on social media.
No, you didn’t miss the anniversary of their massive wedding—that comes in December, and it will be their second. But she did reveal a never-before-seen photo from the first date they had together in May 2018.
“Two years ago today we took our very first picture together,” she wrote on Instagram. “Every day since then you have brought me endless joy and happiness. I love you @nickjonas Thank you for making our life together so incredible. Here’s to many more date nights... ❤️😍.” Her husband sweetly commented on the post, “Best two years of my life. I love you ❤️.”
The couple appears to be at a Los Angeles Dodgers baseball game (remember sports?!?), which tracks with the early rumors about their relationship.
Jonas shared a different photo but also wanted to mark the occasion of his first date with Chopra. “This beautiful woman and I went on our first date two years ago today,” he wrote in the caption. “It has been the best two years of my life, and to think I am lucky enough to get to spend the rest of my life with her is such an incredible blessing. I love you babe. Happy two years ❤️❤️.”
Chopra responded, “I love you jaan.. best decision of my life.. ❤️.” (Jaan is a term of endearment in Hindi.)
While they didn’t start seeing each other until May 2018 (thanks for finally confirming the date, you two!), Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas initially met in 2017 when they both attended the Met Gala. “Yeah, we were on the same table and we already know each other,” Chopra previously told Jimmy Kimmel. “So he was like, ‘Hey, you wanna go [to the Met Gala] together?’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, okay, let’s go together.’ It ended up working out.”
That is certainly an understatement.
