Rob Lowe Is Selling His Massive Mansion for $42.5 Million and the Photos Are Insane

Rob Lowe is letting go of his longtime home. The West Wing and Grinder star is selling his palatial Montecito pad for a cool $42.5 million with Eric Haskell of The Agency and Luke Ebbin of Compass.

The house, dubbed the Oakview Estate, is described as “perhaps the finest” to hit the market in decades. Rob shared the abode with his wife, Sheryl Berkoff, and their sons, John and Matthew, for years, and we really can’t see why he’d ever want to give up this stunning mansion.

Sure, the 6 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms are incredible, but it’s the views we can’t get over. Nestled near the Santa Ynez Mountains, Rob and his family have likely seen countless unforgettable sunsets while lounging by the pool or curling up in one of the multiple outdoor spaces that are available on the 3.4 acres.
