Robin Wright and Her Daughter Twinned It Up On the Emmys Red Carpet Last Night
Our mothers are often our biggest cheerleaders, so it's a special moment when we get to celebrate their accomplishments. And last night, at the 2017 Primetime Emmy Awards, actress Robin Wright's gorgeous daughter, Dylan Penn, was there to do just that.
Penn told ET she was excited to be there supporting her mother, who was nominated for Best Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Claire Underwood on House of Cards. When the young model and actress was asked if she was proud of her mother, she replied, "Always. She's the best."
The duo almost looked more like twins than mother and daughter, both wearing slinky black dresses-Wright in a black strapless Thierry Mugler dress and Penn in a lace Dolce & Gabbana gown. Now 26, Dylan is about the same age as her mother was when she starred in the 1987 cult classic The Princess Bride-their resemblance is even more striking if you compare pictures of them at the same age.
But this wasn't the first time Penn has made an appearance with one of her parents on the red carpet. Last year, she joined her father, Sean Penn, at The Last Face premiere, during the Cannes Film Festival.
Sorry, though, Sean-we definitely think Dylan takes after her mother in the looks department.
