Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is all about his family, and the proof is all over the Internet. From his amazing Mother's Day posts for his girlfriend Lauren Hashian and mom Ata Johnson, to the sweet photo of him feeding Hashian as she breastfed their newborn daughter Tiana, it seems like there are no bounds to Dwayne's status as a doting dad, son, and partner.

Now, the Skyscraper star is opening up about watching Hashian give birth. "I will say, it was the most amazing experience I've ever seen," Dwayne said during a recent visit to Live With Kelly and Ryan. "I look at Lauren, and women, and mothers, in a different light than I ever have before. And it was beautiful."

Dwayne also has two older daughters ― 16-year-old daughter Simone, who he had with ex-wife Dany Garcia, and 2-year-old Jasmine, his first daughter with Hashian. However, as People reports, it was only with the birth of his third daughter that he stood below the drape.

"I was encouraging her - holding her hand. And the doctor said, 'Would you like to come down and watch and help?'" Dwayne said. "I said, 'Yup, I'm going to come down. Watch. Help.'"

"I'm holding legs, everything. And out comes the baby," he continued. "I know, right? Crazy. 'Cause you roll the dice. You don't know how it's going go to go. A lot of stuff happens."

When Dwayne first shared the news of Tiana's birth on Instagram in April, he also commented on how powerful it was to watch his girlfriend give birth.

"Word to the wise gentlemen, it's critical to be by your lady's head when she's delivering, being as supportive as you can ... holding hands, holding legs, whatever you can do," he wrote. "But, if you really want to understand the single most powerful and primal moment life will ever offer - watch your child being born. It's a life changer and the respect and admiration you have for a woman, will forever be boundless."

And then he hit the gym. Because he's The Rock, after all.
