The Rush: LeBron James’ son draws rapper to middle school hoops game

Over the years, those of us at The Rush have seen a lot of crazy s**t in sports arenas and stadiums. Just when you think you’ve seen it all…you see the video our show starts with of people doing something unthinkable in the stands.  Watch the video to find out what left us shocked and shaking our heads.  Don’t worry, it’s totally safe for work!

Meanwhile, Bronny James continues to make headlines.  Yes, a middle schooler’s AAU games have become national news.  I guess that’s what happens when hoops dad LeBron James roams the sidelines and attracts celebrity guests…like Cuavo. The Migos rapper found himself taking a seat in the old-school bleachers to watch the son of the GOAT.

Speaking of GOAT, Jackie Bradley Jr. made a catch for the ages in Boston’s home game against the Twins on Sunday. Check out the video to see JBJ’s acrobatics against the classic scenery provided by the Green Monstah.

Just as exciting was Braves pitcher Sean Newcomb was riding a no-hitter down the stretch of Atlanta’s home game against the Dodgers…until Chris Taylor spoiled all the fun with just one remaining in the ninth inning.  DOH!  While you’d think that was the worst part of Newcomb’s day, we here at The Rush would argue this was worse. Double DOH!
