Organizers of the Sacramento Taco Festival said they are postponing this weekend’s event in North Sacramento in the wake of a shooting in the neighborhood on Saturday that sent two adults and two children to the hospital. The Vida de Oro Foundation said Wednesday that the shooting outside a liquor store on Del Paso Boulevard has followed other recent break-ins and robberies on the boulevard.
