  • Salma Hayek is living her best life. After promoting two films, she’s finally getting some real R&R! And she’s got the pics to prove it.

  • The 55-year-old House of Gucci star just dropped a pic of herself lounging on a hammock on Insta. In the snap, she’s wearing a super-cute teal swimsuit. And her legs are looking s0 sculpted.

  • Salma works out five to seven days a week to stay that toned. And she keeps it short: just 30-minutes of HIIT or cardio a day.

When you have as much on your plate as Salma Hayek, you need a little R&R sometimes. Well, the 55-year-old was finally able to kick back—and she shared proof on Instagram. In the pic, Salma is working a gorgeous teal swimsuit while lounging in a hammock with her eyes closed. Salma’s legs and arms look super toned, and she just seems totally relaxed.

“Nothing like a hammock siesta to recover from promoting 2 movies back to back,” she wrote in the caption.

People were all about it in the comments section. “Sleeping beauty 😍,” one person wrote. “Beautiful queen ❤️❤️,” another said. “Reina! 👸👸👸,” a fan commented.

Salma made it clear that her busy schedule makes it hard to work out regularly—she even once told the New York Times that she’s not an “exercise person.” But she tends to try to max out the time she has for exercise.

Sara Shears, who has worked with Salma in the past, told Shape that the Eternals star will work out five to seven days a week, but keep the sessions at 30 minutes or less. During that time, she’ll do cardio and HIIT training, with a little strength training thrown into the mix.

"You won't get results by training only two times a week,” Shear explained. “You should be doing something every day, in shorter durations but higher intensity.”

Salma also likes to be active, writing on Instagram in 2018 that she’s big on walking her dogs. “This is my version of exercise and these are my #dogs coaches... These are my trainers!” she captioned a video of herself walking her pooches.

Salma even tries to work her muscles while she goes about her day. “I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long,” she told People. “So even when you brush your teeth, you're working the muscles… It’s restorative yoga.”

No shocker here: Salma is also pretty laidback about what she eats. “It doesn’t matter what my diet philosophy is because I don’t follow it. I don’t have the discipline,” she told the Times. Salma did share, though, that she eats meat “sparsely” and will never have it two days in a row. “Sometimes I go several days without eating meat, but then I’ll go back,” she said. “I tried one time to go raw; my body hated me. Sometimes I work really hard and want instant satisfaction in my life. I’m a craver—let’s face it.”
