The San Diego County Sheriff's Department says there has been a major break in the case of a woman who disappeared more than 30 years ago from the North County area. The sheriff's homicide unite used DNA testing and Investigative Genetic Genealogy (IGG) to identify the remains of a woman found in Warner Springs on Feb. 16, 1986.
