Sarah Ferguson wore the best tribute to her daughters at Princess Eugenie’s wedding

What’s made of gold and diamonds and sparkles all over? Sarah Ferguson’s sweetest tribute ever to her girl, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice . For her youngest daughter’s royal wedding on Oct. 12, the redhead was a vision in emerald green – and her wrist glittered something fierce in the name of being a proud mom.

The mother of the bride wore an eye-catching bracelet that reads both of her daughter’s names in capital letters adorned with the brightest of diamonds. It was the perfect accessory to wear while giving her daughter away on her wedding day, and complimented her stunning form-fitting dress, matching gold-and-green hat, beige clutch and gloves.

It’s no secret that the three York women are thick as thieves, a relationship that’s seen its highs and lows, including Sarah and Prince Andrew’s split in 1996. Given the 59-year-old’s penchant for style and accessorizing, it’s also no surprise that the doting mom would want to express her love for her kids through jewelry. This particular item has been in Sarah’s jewelry box since at least 2004, when she wore the bracelet to the Queen’s Cup polo match (along with the most perfectly pastel blue suit!) She’s since worn it many times to various events.

Sarah, who’s lovingly called ‘Fergie’ by her loyal admirers, also carried with her another accessory that holds beautiful meaning in her life. The beige clutch she sported belonged to her mom, Susan Barrantes, who carried it at her daughter’s wedding back in 1986. It must be a sign of their family’s enduring dedication to one another – just another small token of the love that still exists between Sarah and the Queen’s son, who she has said will “always be my handsome prince.”
