Fall fashion usually brings to mind chunky knits, cozy boots, and anything Ugg, but Sarah Jessica Parker is changing up what autumnal dressing looks like. Instead of opting for thick layers and shearling, she went with slim sweats and the unexpected footwear pick she's favored for three decades.

SJP was spotted on what we're presuming is the set of And Just Like That reading what we're presuming is the script to the soon-to-drop HBO Max series. We're also presuming that this photo wasn't taken during filming, because the all-gray outfit is definitely more Sarah Jessica than Carrie, as are the clogs she's been wearing since the '90s. It's typical Parker, and we love it.

If you've followed SJP's style even just a little, you've probably seen her in these exact black clogs. They're from Cape Clogs, and they have a black leather upper and a thick wooden sole — a.k.a. your typical clogs. Here, she styled them with loose-fitting gray sweatpants (bottoms she frequently pairs with the shoe) and a cozy gray knit sweater.

Clogs are making a big comeback, and Parker is one of the people we have to thank for that. Reese Witherspoon also recently took the clunky shoe out for a spin, as did Jennifer Garner. Add in socks, and you have a perfectly good fall shoe that's exceptionally suited to leaf-crunching.
