Scarlett Johansson Says This Serum Is Her Secret to ‘Smoother, Firmer’ Skin

She loves her brand, The Outset, and its Firming Vegan Collagen Prep Serum, which is available at Sephora.

Some celebs just constantly have that post-facial glow. Take Scarlett Johansson for example—the Black Widow star is always glowing. Lucky for us, the 37-year-old is sharing the products behind her complexion and her morning skincare routine. We have all the details, including the one product she uses to achieve a smooth complexion.
The product in question? The Firming Vegan Collagen Prep Serum from Johannson’s new skincare line, The Outset.
In a March interview with Who What Whear, Johansson explained what she loves about the product, and even offered insight into her morning skincare routine with a full lineup from her brand, which launched in March.
“I wake up and wash my face every morning,” she told Who What Wear. “I use our Gentle Micellar Antioxidant Cleanser, and then I use our Firming Vegan Collagen Prep Serum, the Nourishing Squalane Daily Moisturizer, lip treatment.
The Firming Vegan Collagen Prep Serum is the product that really stands out to us, though. It works post-cleansing by using several key ingredients to leave skin visibly “smoother, firmer, and plumper,” while prepping the skin for moisturizer.
Included in this list of powerhouse ingredients is a Hyaluroset Complex, a botanical alternative to hyaluronic acid, for plumping and smoothing. Additionally, the serum includes Vegan Collagen, as opposed to collagen that typically comes from animal sources, for firming. The remaining ingredients include Brassica Napus Seedcake Extract for reducing dark spots and other botanical extracts for a glowy, hydrated complexion. As an added bonus, the serum also comes in a refillable and recyclable glass bottle.
All of the products from Johansson’s new line are now available at Sephora, and reviewers can’t get enough of the stuff. The serum in particular has received rave reviews.
