  1. Apply one coat of ScandalEyes mascara to all of your lashes.
  2. Once that dries you apply 2 to 3 more coats of mascara to the outer edges of your lashes. This gives a more dense and dark look on the corners, similar to the effect of winged liner in the cat-eye look.
