Serena Williams has been slaying her pregnancy, from her fashion to her footwork and everything in-between. But there seems to be one thing she can’t figure out how to do — sleep. In a tweet sent out on Tuesday night, Williams asked for some advice on how to sleep comfortably while expecting a baby.
Any tips on how to turn over at night? I'm having trouble from going from my left ….to my right…. to my left side.

“Any tips on how to turn over at night? I’m having trouble from going from my left….to my right….to my left side,” she wrote to her more than 8 million followers, which led to a large response. Some from people who find it hard to believe that the world-renowned athlete doesn’t have the best answer herself.

Just throw a backhand and your body will follow. Strange to give a woman advice on how to move when she moves better than any other human.

However, the overwhelming suggestion from those chiming in was to invest in pillows.
Definitely go purchase a full pregnant body pillow that curves and fits to your body it helps with relief and an easier way to transition

Lots of long thin pillows, pad them around you till comfortable. Then you will need to get up for the bathroom, always happens!

a pregnancy pillow will help. It fits rather snugly between your thighs and it helps with correct posture when shifting.

Pillows. Building a nest in a reclining chair. Resigning yourself to nothing but little power naps here and there until the final payoff.

Use a wedge pillow. I wouldn't have been without mine

Pillow works between the legs & under your tummy switch pillow from side to side. Helps with the weight of the baby when turning side 2 side

Using pillows worked for many of the people who replied to the tweet, and was even advised by some OB-GYNs taking part in the conversation. As for another solution, one Twitter user called on Williams’s fiancé Alexis Ohanian to help out. It turns out, he might be up for the task.
