Simone Biles Confirms She's Dating NFL Player Jonathan Owens With a Sweet Post
In a match made in athlete heaven, Simone Biles and NFL player Jonathan Owens are officially dating. The Olympian posted a series of photos of her and Owens together, one where they are smiling and another where he kisses her cheek. The caption read, "it's just us."
In the photos, Biles is wearing a see-through black tee over a black bralette and leggings. It's basically the ideal comfortable quarantining at home with my significant other but about to make a major IG announcement look.
She also shared an Instagram story of the outfit (I mean ... announcement).
In May, Biles confirmed her split from longtime boyfriend Stacey Irvin Jr. in an interview with Vogue. "It’s hard being young and having that long of a relationship and then ending it," she told the outlet. "But it was for the best.”
Fans started speculating about her new relationship last week, after Biles posted a video of Owens to celebrate his 25th birthday.

In a non-pandemic world, Biles would have competed in the 2020 Olympics this summer but they have now been postponed to 2021. “Obviously it was the right decision, but to have it finalized—in a way, you feel defeated because you’ve worked so hard," the four-time gold medalist told Vogue. “I think for athletes, it’s hard for us to be out of our element for such a long period of time.”
