Model Sarah Stage is now seven months pregnant with her second child, and celebrated her third trimester in a sexy, strappy orange bikini that showcased her killer set of abs.
“Hello #thirdtrimester! These past 7 months have flown by. Trying to stay in the moment and enjoy every second since we don’t plan on having any more babies after this one! Thanks for all of your support with my fitness ebook and nutrition guide,” Stage wrote in a recent Instagram post.
The L.A.-based model, known as “six-pack mom” received a lot of flack for having incredibly toned abs during her first pregnancy two years ago. Her workouts are approved by her doctor, and she follows a healthy diet and nutrition plan, yet a host of critics continue to harass the model for not looking as “pregnant” as other moms.
Despite the criticism, the 33-year-old gave birth to a perfectly healthy son, James, who weighed in at nearly 9 pounds — and now she’s expecting baby no. 2.
“Baby no. 2 is healthy and measuring just fine,” she captioned in a recent post. “I would think that after having James … people would be more understanding during this pregnancy and keep their ignorant comments to themselves. We are all different, that’s what makes us special and unique!”
For the record, here she is at five months pregnant:

In addition to her fitness e-book, Stage occasionally shares short workout videos to Instagram to prove that it’s important to find time to exercise, even if you’re busy. “No excuses right?” she captioned a recent video. “You will feel so happy that you did & even a few minutes is better than nothing!!”
Now that she’s in her third trimester, Stage is sticking to exercising at home two to three times a week, and she has completely stopped crunches.
“Our bodies are truly incredible amd I feel blessed to be able to grow another healthy baby inside of me! I choose to stay positive amd I represent anyone who has dealt with doubters, trolls and bullies,” she said. “It feels great to prove ignorant people wrong and even better to know that all you have to do is believe in yourself and trust your own instincts.”
