Sources Go Out of Their Way to Say Leonardo DiCaprio Is Not Dating 19-Year-Old Model Eden Polani

Twitter simply hasn’t been the same since reports broke that Leonardo DiCaprio was dating 19-year-old model Eden Polani—but apparently, they aren’t actually together…at least according to sources who went out of their way to deny the dating rumors to both People and Page Six amid the internet’s trolling. Which, reminder, looks something like this:

Leo and Eden were first linked after being photographed together at a party, but a source told People that they “just so happened to have been seated next to each other at the party and were hanging in the same group.…Just because Leo might be talking to or sitting with a girl doesn’t mean he’s dating her.”

Meanwhile, a source told Page Six, “There is zero truth to this. He was seated next to [Eden] at a music party, along with many other people. It’s just silly. Leo clearly can’t be dating every single person that [he’s] in a room with.”

FYI, Leo was last linked to 23-year-old actor Victoria Lamas, and Victoria’s dad, Lorenzo Lamas, fully blew up her spot, saying, “She’s very smitten. I told her to treat the relationship like a holiday—just enjoy it as much as you can for as long as it lasts. And if it lasts for more than a typical holiday, great. But if not, then just guard your heart, you know? Because she’s very young.”

According to the New York Post, which conducted this interview, Lorenzo called back 15 minutes later “after apparently being admonished by his daughter” to clarify things, saying, “They’re friends; they’re not in a serious relationship.”
