The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is only a few days away, and this year’s in Shanghai is looking like it just might be the most extravagant one yet.
This year, in celebration of the 15th anniversary of Swarovski and Victoria’s Secret’s partnership, the runway show will feature over one million Swarovski Crystals, more sparkle than any show in history.
In addition, VS Angel Elsa Hosk will be wearing the special 2017 Swarovski Look, which is adorned with 275,000 crystals –and we’ve got all the exclusive details on the outfit.
The lavish creation is a riot of sparkling fiery hues—red, yellow, gold, orange—designed by Paris-based couturier Serkan Cura, and features 275,000 crystals (yes that’s a six-figure number) from Swarovski. Then there’s the wings: weighing in at 14 pounds and crafted from 200 yards of woven ribbon and pavé crystals, finished off with a crystallized wing harness and hand-beaded jewelry, it’s a work of art (we also imagine its an art to figure out how to wear them like a pro).
