Stanley Tucci's Fans Have Many Questions About 'Searching for Italy' on Instagram

Stanley Tucci and his fans are still reminiscing about his food adventures in Italy.
In March, the actor and best-selling cookbook author wrapped up the first season of his original new series Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy. The 60-year-old Devil Wears Prada star immersed himself in Italian culture and history while traveling through the country tasting each region's best food. Since signing off at his last stop in Sicily, folks have been anxiously awaiting to hear more news about the second season of Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy, which is set to premiere in 2022.
Last week, folks thought for a moment that Stanley was sharing an update about the show on Instagram. As it turns out, the beloved Hunger Games actor was only posting a promo photo to announce that foodies from around the world can now enjoy his culinary series.
“STANLEY TUCCI: SEARCHING FOR ITALY will be airing this Sunday June 20th on CNN International in the U.K. and the rest of the world!” he wrote on Instagram. “Come and join me on a journey through 6 incredible regions to discover more about the country’s diverse cuisine and culture.”
After realizing this, fans immediately began flooding Stanley’s Instagram comments section with questions about season 2. “When will you be shooting more episodes? It’s an amazing show,” one person wrote. “New episodes? @stanleytucci,” another added. “When does the next season start? #cantwait,” a different fan said.
Others left kind and sweet messages letting Stanley know just how much they enjoyed the first six episodes. “Amazing series!!! I can watch each episode so many times because of the great information and never get bored!!! And Stanley Tucci has the most wonderful narrative voice!!! ❤️,” someone wrote. “This show is a vacation for the soul. I can’t wait for next season!” another said.
