Former Office star Kate Flannery has been surpassing every expectation on this season of Dancing With the Stars, and her fellow Office co-star Steve Carell has noticed. In an interview with ET, the actor was asked about Flannery's participation on the show and he had nothing but positive things to say.

"[She's] doing fantastically well," Carell said.

He then went on to send a public message directly to Flannery, and made a prediction that, considering how well she's being doing, we might have to agree with.

"I completely support you and you’re going to take it," Carell said. "You’re going to take the whole thing."

Flannery, who Carell described as "one of the nicest people ever," shared Carell's sweet message on Twitter, along with her own.

"Monday motivation from the most amazing boss!" the actress tweeted. "Thank you so much @SteveCarell I might be wearing the same color tonight on @DancingABC as I did on casual Friday but promise my top will stay on! You are the best, love you."

The Office is never far from Flannery's mind — or current projects. During Monday's episode of DWTS, the actress donned a purple dress for her breathtaking Viennese Waltz with her partner Pasha Pashkov. The costume was a subtle reference to an iconic scene from The Office, in which Flannery's character Meredith wore a slightly too short purple dress on casual Friday.

Thankfully there were no wardrobe malfunctions during her performance and Flannery earned nines across the board from the three judges.
