It seems like every day, a new celebrity is at the center of a Photoshop controversy. Sometimes the accusations are true (see: Meghan Trainor); sometimes they’re total b.s. In the case of Kim Kardashian’s latest controversy, it’s the latter.

Kardashian is striking back against claims that her itty-bitty waist was digitally trimmed down in the new music video for Fergie’s song “M.I.L.F.$.”

In the video — which also stars sizzling new moms Chrissy Teigen and Ciara — Kardashian flaunts her over-the-top curves in a skin-tight “Got Milf?” T-shirt and micro-mini acid-washed Daisy Dukes. She posted still images from the shoot to her Instagram, which prompted fans to speculate about her perfectly honed hourglass figure.

“A real person doesn’t look like that. Fake,” wrote @perri.jordan. “It’s obviously photo shopped,” added @taliaprivatee.

Kardashian responded to the rumors by posting an outtake from the video on her Snapchat with the caption, “F—YoPhotoshop #CorsetLife” — a nod to her “waist-training” practice, which she heavily promotes on her social media channels.

She also shared a #FACTS post to her app, writing that her shorts were made of latex with a built-in corset (ouch!).

The controversial corsets — branded “waist trainers” — are sold by a company called Waist Gang Society, which recently settled a $5 million lawsuit brought by a very disappointed customer who claimed the manufacturer was falsely asserting that its product helps people shed pounds — even though the company includes a disclaimer on its website that states its product “carries no weight loss guarantees.”

Kardashian — along with sisters Khloé, Kourtney, and Kylie — still swears by the product, and has since at least 2014. But it’s not her only secret to achieving such a shapely post-baby body.

In fact, she’s been very vocal about her intense focus on dropping the 60 pounds she gained during her second pregnancy. According to People magazine, Kardashian posted her grueling workout routine to Snapchat: “Running 4 miles, planks, push ups, 1000 jump ropes & abs.”

And she’s made it back to her goal weight of 135 pounds, thanks to the intense exercise coupled with her devotion to the Atkins Diet. Kim followed the Atkins 40 meal plan, which is designed specifically for breastfeeding moms. It includes whole foods like fresh fruit and nuts, rolled oats, and raw veggies.

When being a “MILF” is literally your job, devotion to a post-baby body can reach extremes. Keeping up with the Kardashians may be an impossible task for most moms — but for Kim, it’s a way of life.
