This is the best beverage to drink to stay hydrated on a hot day
A 2012 study published in the British Medical Journal suggested that the best plan of action is not to count out glasses of water but to simply drink when you are thirsty –and when it’s hot, you’ll probably be thirsty more often. Sports drinks do have electrolytes, which may be part of why milk appears to hydrate well.

Independent designers, fast-fashion brands and design theft
When Toronto entrepreneurs Rose Chang and Stephanie Drabik heard about the alleged copying of designs by illustrator Tuesday Bassen by fast-fashion retailer Zara, they were appalled. “We didn’t know that we were also ripped off until another designer, Adam J. Kurtz, posted one of his designs that was stolen and we saw ours on there as well,” Chang and Drabik, the co-owners and founders of fashion and accessories line Crywolf, tell Yahoo Canada Style in an email.

Women aren’t the only people who menstruate
“We kept getting gentle reminders from people that it’s not just women with periods,” Miki Agrawal, founder and CEO of Thinx, tells Yahoo Canada. In response, the company spent a year developing a boyshort product in consultation with trans men and non-binary people who might use it. Now the new slogan for Thinx is “For people with periods” and one of their campaigns features model Sawyer DeVuyst, who is a trans man.
