Elsewhere, Jennifer Lopez glittered in a metallic custom Versace dress and Kylie Jenner looked unusually conservative in a belted Tom Ford tuxedo dress. Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick made a special appearance to promote their new film. If you don’t follow Diana Ross ‘ daughter, Tracee Ellis Ross, on Instagram, you should. The 45-year-old actress, who currently stars in US comedy series ‘Black-ish’, has accrued quite a following thanks to her activism (she was one of the founders of the Time’s Up movement) and extraordinarily glorious sense of style. Fabulous isn’t a word we use lightly, but it’s the perfect way to sum up Tracee’s wardrobe. This is a woman who will wear it all. One minute she’ll be glittering on the red carpet in a slinky Balmin number and the next she’ll be making a red, satin Valentino tracksuit work. Her looks are bold, unapologetic and creative, but, from time to time, they also help hammer home a point. Case in point: an all-black Marc Jacobs ensemble that she wore as part of the Time’s Up movement’s black dress code to the 2018 Golden Globes. Tracee Ellis Ross is the bold style icon we all need in our lives. Read more from Yahoo Style UK: Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for non-stop inspiration delivered fresh to your feed, every day. Last night, famed accessories designer Kate Spade sadly passed away in an apparent suicide. In response to the heartbreaking news, the fashion world took to social media to share fond memories of the icon and to give condolences to her family at this tragic time. The overwhelming love for the 55-year-old hints at the lasting influence Kate has had on the industry thanks to her now-legendary handbags. After co-founding her company with husband, Andy Spade, she opened her first store back in 1994 and now, there are over 140 stores in the US alone and a further 175 on an international scale. Back in 1998, the Olsen’s posed for a now-famous red carpet photocall in co-ordinating outfits with twinning Kate Spade handbags in tow. Before the US label made pop culture history in the year 2000, when ‘Sex and the City”s Charlotte joked that she couldn’t fit tampons into her Kate Spade clutch. From a ‘Gossip Girl’ cameo to the Duchess of Cambridge’s Buckingham Palace-approved wardrobe, these are the most memorable Kate Spade fashion moments of all time. Country star Carrie Underwood may have changed 12 times for this year’s Country Music Awards, but Rita Ora managed to squeeze in 13 different looks for the 2017 MTV Europe Music Awards. The 26-year-old scored the gig of presenting the star-studded event, held at Wembley Arena on Sunday night, and ensured she looked every inch the A-listers in a plethora of designer outfits. It wasn’t just her wardrobe that got a work out. The British pop star’s hair and make-up was switched up throughout the evening, proving just what a style chameleon the singer is. But it was Ora’s arrivals look – a bathrobe teamed with a hair towel, diamonds and stilettos – that got everyone talking. After all, it’s not every day you see a celebrity rocking Egyptian cotton on the red carpet. Not all of the show’s viewers were impressed with Ora’s numerous changes, though.
