The pregnant Duchess of Sussex might be in her second trimester, but she’s got no time to give into the leg pain, heartburn and UTIs she might be experiencing. With 76 engagements to crack through while on her 16-day tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga, she’s expected to smile constantly, make excellent small talk and give everyone she meets her full attention. Meghan’s reportedly enlisted the help of her close friend and stylist Jessica Mulroney who was seen arriving in Sydney.
