Eating eggs for breakfast ‘lowers the risk of having a stroke’
Good news for eggs fans as a daily breakfast of the yolky stuff could reduce your chances of having a stroke. Scientists have studied more than 30 years of research and concluded that one egg a day can cut the chances of suffering a stroke by as much as 12%. Study principal Investigator Dr Dominik Alexander, said: “Eggs do have many positive nutritional attributes, including antioxidants, which have been shown to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation.
