This exhibit explores the 5,000 year history of tattoos from antiquity to modern day

“The exhibition brings to life the more than 5,000 year-old history of tattoos, exploring these ancient practices and their cultural significance,” says Chris Darling, senior curator of entomology at the ROM. The exhibit travels from Paris, where it was originally developed by Anne & Julien of Hey! Modern Art & Pop Culture magazine for the Musée du quai Branly.
