London-based brand House of CB started out selling items on eBay — and now, the brand outfitting Beyoncé. “If perfection was a person, their name would be Beyoncé,” wrote one fan in response to the off-the-shoulder number with body-hugging ruching that the Lemonade artist wore in an Instagram shared on Monday night. At just $179, the stretch tulle dress could be equally at home in a 20-something’s closet as on a Bey-Jay date.
