"How do we reconcile these two versions of a single man?” a columnist asked about fallen-from-grace New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman. It’s a question many young men are likely asking about themselves these days.
When you think of mermaids, big burly dudes probably don’t spring to mind, but these Newfoundlanders are making a strong case for them.
Prince Harry has the sexiest beard in the world according to a new survey. The poll, conducted by Britain’s leading hair transplant centre Crown Clinic in Manchester, asked 1,000 participants which A-lister they believe has the best facial hair . And while the 33-year-old royal came out on top, Brad Pitt surprisingly took last place. The survey revealed that approximately 62 percent of men believe celebrities look more attractive with beards while the same amount of women preferred A-listers who are clean-shaven. Yet despite their desire to follow the royal’s grooming footsteps, 45 percent of men are sadly unable to grow a full beard like Prince Harry’s. Crown Clinic surgeon Asim Shahmalak has experienced a surge in bookings as a consequence. Dr Shahmalak revealed: “Prince Harry is a trendsetter for lots of men around the world and the reaction to his beard has been universally positive. While he looks great with his ginger fuzz, the sad fact is almost half the men in the UK cannot grow a full beard like Harry.” He continued, “There are gaps in their beard or sideburns and the end result is patchy and unattractive. We can fill in those gaps to make sure any man can get a full beard like Harry.” Take a look at which A-listers made the top ten in the gallery above. Samantha Bee mocked a man with cancer on her show. A segment on Wednesday night’s Full Frontal With Samantha Bee made fun of what seemed like a reasonably safe target — attendees at the recent Conservative Political Action Conference — but wound up really stepping in it. B-roll demonstrating an undercut favored by the Hitler Youth showed a young man who had shaved his head for his chemotherapy treatment for brain cancer.
Frail, powerless, alone. Mention any of these words to an average guy — particularly a man in a certain age range — and you might see him shudder. It’s fair to assume that few people — male or female — look forward to getting older, but men in particular are finding it difficult to deal with. In fact, it’s the very ideals of masculinity that make aging difficult for many men.
In a world where speaker of the house Paul Ryan explains what “dabbing” is (the popular dance move), it should surprise no one that White House press secretary Sean Spicer is having an online spat with a celebrity. Charlie Sheen, a vocal critic of the new administration, fired a shot at Spicer on Twitter, calling him out on his choice of neckwear. One might agree with Charlie (on that ugly tie, not that Spicer should be asphyxiated).

The 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards brought out an array of designer looks that didn’t disappoint. Campaign fashion has been a regular topic this election season, though it seems more ink is spilled over Hillary Clinton’s pantsuits than the wardrobes of her male counterparts. It’s well documented that Trump's own brand of men’s clothing is manufactured overseas, but does he wear American himself?
Henna is typically seen on the hands and feet of women — but these dudes are proving that the intricate designs can look just as good on men. From traditional art to modern geometric designs, this good-looking (and we’re not just talking about the tattoos here) trend has been coined “menna” on social media sites. The best part? Henna isn’t permanent like a tattoo is, so the design can be switched up every few weeks.
Joshua Varozza is a Californian bail bondsman, but he also makes one fine merman. With full beard, tattoo sleeves and a glorious tail, Varozza is seen frolicking in the ocean and running “Baywatch”-style down the beach in a series of viral “dudeoir” photos. If the hunky merman looks familiar, that’s because he also stared in an equally hilarious Fourth of July-themed photoshoot, both shot by photographer friend Tami Bears.
